Our approach

Before you decide to rent out your property, we would like to provide you with a free rental price indication.

We work on the basis of 'no cure no pay'. So as long as your property is not rented, you owe us nothing. No startup fees or withdrawal costs. The fee charged by a successful rental deal amounts 1 month rent excluding VAT.

Our process is characterized by the following steps:

1. PERSONAL ADVICE

An introduction to which we would like to discuss your rental wishes further, after which we get a strategic advice. Part of this is a free rental price indication.

2. PRESENTATION

A good presentation of the property is important. We provide professional photos and a full description. These are distributed to our network as quickly as possible and placed on all relevant websites and social media channels.

3. VIEWNGS AND SELECTION

In this phase we will take care of all of the viewings, of which we will keep you fully informed. Potential tenants are screened extensively. In consultation with you, we choose the final tenant.

4. SETUP RENTAL AGREEMENT

We will draw up a rental agreement in which your interests are legally well-assured. A tenant's background and income check belongs to the standard procedure. After both parties have approved the rental agreement, it will be signed.

5. TRANSFER AND CHECK-IN

After we have received the first month rent and the deposit the key transfer and check-in will take place. We will then prepare an inspection report and inventory list that will serve as the basis for check-out.

6. SERVICE AFTER KEY TRANSFER

We will be happy to assist you after the official transfer. We are always available for questions and / or advice. Of course we will also arrange the checkout at the end of the rental period.
