Our method in 6 steps

Before you decide to rent out your home, we would like to provide you with a free rental price indication. We work on a 'no cure no pay' basis, so as long as your home is not rented out, you owe us nothing, not even start-up costs or withdrawal costs. The fee that we charge for a successful rental mediation is 1 month's rent VAT.

Rental strategy

In a further acquaintance we will discuss your rental wishes and view the property. Based on this conversation, you will receive strategic advice regarding the rental. Part of this is the free rental price indication.

Presentation

We make a distinctive presentation of your home with professional photos and a complete description. This will be deployed as soon as possible within our broad network and on all relevant (expat) websites and social media channels.

Selection

In this phase we take care of the viewings of which we will keep you fully informed. Potential tenants are thoroughly screened and we select the definitive tenant in consultation with you.

Drafting rental agreement

We draw up a rental agreement in which your interests are legally well protected. After approval of the contract, it is possible to sign.

Delivery and check-in

After receipt of the first month's rent and the deposit, the key handover and check-in will take place. We then draw up an inspection report which serves as the basis for the check-out at the end of the rental period.

We are also happy to be of service after the revival. We are always available for questions and advice. And of course we also take care of the check-out at the end of the rental period.
