Viewing

In consultation with you and the landlord/occupier, we will schedule an appointment to view the property.

Submit documents

In order to reach an agreement, we always need the following documents from you: a copy of a valid proof of identity, a copy of the signed employment contract and a copy of the last 3 salary slips.

Rental agreement

In case of agreement, the rental agreement is drawn up and presented to the landlord and tenant for approval and signature.

Payment

After signing and before check-in, the first payment of rent and deposit must be received by us.

Check-in and key handover

During check-in we inspect the property and take pictures. This will be included in the inspection report. This describes the condition of the house at that time and the meter readings are noted. After this, the keys are handed over and the rent is a fact.
